KOWOV is the ceramic-valve brand of Yantai KingWay Science & Technology Co., Ltd., a technology-focused manufacturer dedicated to severe-service flow control. Based in Yantai, China, we combine ceramic-materials expertise with valve engineering to address the wear, corrosion, heat, pressure and solids that challenge industrial process equipment. Our products include ceramic ball and control valves, valves for powder and solids handling, and ceramic-lined piping, serving chemical and coal-chemical processing, polysilicon and lithium-battery materials, metallurgy, mining, power and environmental applications. We bring research, design, manufacturing, inspection and technical service together around the operating conditions of each application, helping customers select valves suited to demanding production environments. Quality and customer needs guide this work, from the choice of ceramic material and sealing structure to assembly, testing and support in service. Our contribution to ceramic-valve standards and our certified management systems reflect a sustained commitment to the field. With the ambition to become a global flagship in ceramic ball valves, we continue to develop our products and engineering capabilities so customers can rely on KOWOV for demanding flow-control applications over the long term
Brand
The KOWOV name connects our company with our engineering specialism. KW comes from KingWay, and V from valve. It identifies our family of industrial ceramic valves and our focus on reliable flow control in severe service
The play symbol inside the first O represents progress, continuous improvement and the drive to move forward. The second O stands for reliability, a global outlook and a complete product and service offering
Our company emblem gives those ideas a physical form. The screw expresses the determination to investigate and solve technical problems; the diamond represents integrity, endurance and excellence. Together with the KOWOV wordmark, they express the care and persistence we bring to ceramic-valve engineering
Philosophy
Our vision is to create harmonious fluid systems, where valves, process equipment and production requirements work reliably together. We put quality first in management and customer needs first in the way we operate. That principle shapes how we develop products, organise manufacturing and respond to changing application requirements
Integrity, dedication to research, perseverance and excellence are the values behind our work. They mean taking customer requirements seriously, staying with difficult engineering problems and continuing to improve the products and services we deliver. We want KOWOV to be known for the quality of its ceramic valves and for the long-term trust it earns with customers
Our Story

KOWOV combines ceramic-materials expertise with valve engineering and manufacturing to address wear, corrosion and particle-bearing service. Our work covers ceramic formulations and valve structures, followed by forming, sintering, precision machining and assembly. Material selection, sealing surfaces and component fit are considered together, matching the construction of each valve to its intended operating conditions and the requirements of the wider process
We support each application with technical selection, inspection and service. Materials, dimensions, pressure, sealing, torque, flow and actuation are checked alongside project requirements. Our team helps customers review operating conditions, select suitable valve designs and address technical questions during selection and service. This work is supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and our A1 valve manufacturing licence, with quality, environmental responsibility and workplace safety guiding the way we operate
