FXZV Ceramic Discharge Valve
KOWOV manufactures the FXZV ceramic downward-discharge valve for the bottom of reactor vessels handling viscous, corrosive, crystallizing or particle-laden media. The whole valve is ceramic-lined, which avoids the peeling enamel layer of traditional enamel-lined discharge valves
- Size range
- DN25-250
- Pressure rating
- Up to Class 300
- Temperature range
- -40 to 250 °C
- Supply
- Regular supply
Design and construction
- The whole valve is ceramic-lined, avoiding the enamel peeling that affects traditional enamel-lined valves
- Simple to operate, with free and flexible opening
- The disc is easy to maintain, and the sealing structure is sound
Applications
- Bottom discharge of reactor vessels handling viscous, corrosive, crystallizing or particle-laden media
