FCCV Ceramic Ball Valve

KOWOV's FCCV unlined ceramic ball valve is a floating-ball valve for softer particles, lighter erosion and corrosion that 304/316 stainless steel withstands. The ball and seats are hard ceramic and seal ceramic to ceramic

Size range
DN15-250
Pressure rating
Up to Class 300
Temperature range
-40 to 180 °C

Design and construction

  • Floating ball structure with a ceramic-to-ceramic main seal

Connection options: internal thread, butt weld, and flange (standards DIN/ANSI/API/JIS available)

High strength ceramic ball and seat resist abrasion far beyond traditional metal valves

  • FCCV UNLINED HARD CERAMIC BALL VALVE (1)

Applications

  • FCCV UNLINED HARD CERAMIC BALL VALVE (2)
  • Suitable media: corrosion that 304 or 316 stainless steel can withstand, with softer particles and lighter erosion

Harder particles or heavier erosion: send the medium and operating conditions so KOWOV can recommend another ceramic ball valve series
