FCCV3 Ceramic Ball Valve

KOWOV manufactures the FCCV3 inner F-lined ceramic ball valve for strongly corrosive, particle-free media in chlor-alkali, chemical and pharmaceutical plants. It combines a PTFE- or PFA-lined body and a PTFE seat with a ceramic ball

Size range
DN15-200
Pressure rating
PN10-16 / Class 150
Temperature range
-40 to 150 °C

Design and construction

  • Flat + concave-convex sealing surfaces between valve body pieces for reliable leak prevention

Metal-spring reinforced packing for automatic wear compensation and sustained sealing pressure

PTFE seat combined with ceramic ball for low-torque operation and tight sealing

Valve body cavity designed with dovetail grooves to secure the lining and prevent damage

Multi-sided valve stem and multi-hole ball design ensure smooth operation and reduced leakage risk

Split structure with minimized cavity volume to prevent material accumulation

  • FCCV3 INNER F-LINED CERAMIC BALL VALVE

Applications (up to 150 °C)

  • FCCV3 INNER F-LINED CERAMIC BALL VALVE
  • Chlor-alkali Industry: Chlorine filling operations

Chemical Processes: Handling strong acids, strong alkalis, and other corrosive chemical mixtures

Pharmaceutical Industry: Corrosive process fluids under controlled conditions

Seawater Systems & Other Corrosive Media: Particle-free fluids in highly corrosive environments

Note: These applications suit particle-free media at operating temperatures up to 150 °C
